Terms of Service

By accessing our website, app, or placing an order via WhatsApp or call, you agree to the terms below.

Service Nature: We deliver raw, natural, and minimally processed dairy and farm products directly from our farms to your doorstep.

Order Channels: Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app, WhatsApp, or direct phone call.

Payments Accepted: Razorpay, UPI, Cash, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are accepted.

Storage & Handling: Products, especially milk, are perishable. Customers must refrigerate immediately after delivery (below 4°C). We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed storage.

Health & Dietary Disclaimer: Our products are natural. We are not responsible for health issues or dietary reactions after consumption. Customers with allergies or medical conditions should consult their physician.

Product Variations: Natural variations in color, flavor, or texture are expected and not defects.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are perishable, refunds and cancellations follow strict timelines.

Report any issues within 6 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Refund Eligibility: If the delivered product is spoiled, leaking, or incorrect due to our fault, report it within 6 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Verification & Refund: After verification, we will issue a replacement or credit the amount to your Gopala Haritam Wallet for future use.

Wallet Balance: The balance in your Gopala Haritam Wallet is non-refundable and non-transferable. It can only be used for purchasing products and services from Gopala Haritam.

Non-Refundable: Issues from improper storage, delayed refrigeration, or consumption-based complaints are not eligible.

Cancellations must be made before 8:00 PM for next-day deliveries. Prepaid refunds reflect in 3–5 working days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver across select areas in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Delivery Windows:

  • Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Failed Deliveries: If our delivery agent cannot access your premises or no one is available to receive the order, it will be marked as completed. No refunds for missed deliveries.

Public Holidays: Service may pause on certain holidays or operational disruptions. Advance notice will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS.

Privacy Policy

Data We Collect: Name, address, phone number, email, and order details.

Google Sign-In: When you sign in with Google, we access your name, email address, and profile picture solely for account creation and identification. We do not access any other Google account data.

Use of Data: To process orders, support deliveries, and share updates or offers via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You may opt out anytime by contacting us.

Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. It is shared only with payment gateways, logistics, and IT providers for operations. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Security: We maintain reasonable technical safeguards and comply with the Indian IT Act.

Retention: Personal data is retained only for legitimate business or legal needs.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting contactus@gopalaharitam.in. We will process requests within 30 days.

Disclaimer & Liability

Our products are natural, small-batch, and minimally processed. Variations in texture or cream content are normal and expected.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use. Our total liability, if proven, shall not exceed the product value.

Health or dietary issues after consumption are beyond our responsibility. Customers with specific health conditions should consult a physician before consuming our products.
